Voiced by Heart drive presenter, Kelly Brooks, this Alexa skill brings festive cheer and practical easy to follow recipes into the heart of family homes as well as Christmas Cracker jokes for those who want to engage but not necessarily cook.
It was developed to be highly intuitive, with numerous pathways resulting in conversational interactions. The use of Kelly's voice further enhanced this "human" conversation and engagement.
Both audio and visual content was developed for devices with screens - the Alexa Show is one of the fastest selling models so high-quality visuals really add to the user experience.
The design of the skill with several recipes and jokes, invites users to engage numerous times and is intuitive enough for Kelly to 'welcome back' users on their return visits, again enhancing the conversational nature of the skill.
Users can enable the skill by asking "Alexa, Open Cooking with Kelly".

The Erskine charity provides support to Veterans in Scotland through four care homes and a Veterans Village. Voiceworks launched Erskine Veterans Radio for the charity offering companionship with a mix of uplifting music and dedicated programming. The content brings a flavour of what is going on around the Erskine community with conversation from Veterans, staff and families along with messages from supporters globally.
